Returns & Exchanges
At Combat Arena, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the gear in its original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
